Customers must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ provides custom digital portrait services created from customer-submitted photos.
Customers are responsible for:
Photos that do not meet our requirements may be declined. Please review all photo requirements before placing your order.
THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ portrait experiences are designed for one individual per image.
Customers retain ownership of their original submitted photographs. THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ retains ownership of its website content, branding, collection concepts, designs, layouts, creative processes, and intellectual property.
During checkout, customers may choose whether to grant permission for THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ to share completed portraits and/or before-and-after comparisons.
These permissions are optional and may be accepted or declined by the customer.
If permission is granted, THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ may display approved content on its website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
If permission is not granted, customer portraits and submitted photos will remain private.
Customers may submit inspiration images as creative references for Bespoke Edit™ requests.
By submitting an inspiration image, the customer represents that they have the right to use and share the image for reference purposes.
The Black Luxe Edit™ does not reproduce, copy, sell, or claim ownership of any submitted inspiration image and is not responsible for unauthorized use of third-party content provided by the customer.
Completed portraits are delivered digitally via Google Drive. A download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Portraits are typically delivered within 48–72 hours after photo approval.
Portraits are delivered as digital files only. Physical prints and framing are not included.
Files remain available for 30 days after delivery and may be deleted thereafter. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files before expiration.
Out of respect for our brand, team, and community, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, hateful, illegal, or explicit content, or otherwise conflict with THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ brand standards.
If your submitted photos do not meet our photo requirements, we will contact you and request replacement photos.
Customers are provided one complimentary opportunity to submit replacement photos.
If suitable photos cannot be provided after the original submission and one replacement submission, the order will be refunded less a $4.99 review fee covering the personalized review of your submissions.
Our team will always work closely with you to help identify the strongest possible photos before production begins.

THE BLACK LUXE EDIT™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
