Our Commitment

Our goal is to make you look your absolute best. Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final once photos have been approved and production has begun.

Photo Review

All submitted photos are reviewed before production begins. Customers are responsible for providing photos that meet our photo requirements.

If Your Photos Cannot Be Processed

If your submitted photos do not meet our photo requirements, we will work with you and request replacement photos. Customers may submit replacement photos up to two times.

Should suitable photos not be possible after two attempts, your order will be refunded in full, less a $4.99 processing fee covering the personalized review of your submissions. Our team will always work closely with you to capture the right image first.

After Photo Approval

Once your photos have been approved, production begins immediately. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be provided after photo approval.

Completed Portraits

Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for the customer, completed portraits are non-refundable.

File Availability

Files remain available for 30 days after delivery and are automatically deleted thereafter. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files before the expiration date.
