Our goal is to make you look your absolute best. Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final once photos have been approved and production has begun.
All submitted photos are reviewed before production begins. Customers are responsible for providing photos that meet our photo requirements.
If your submitted photos do not meet our photo requirements, we will contact you and request replacement photos. Customers are provided one complimentary opportunity to submit replacement photos.
If suitable photos cannot be provided after the original submission and one replacement submission, the order will be refunded less a $4.99 processing fee. Our team will always work closely with you to help identify the strongest possible photos before production begins.
Once your photos have been approved, production begins immediately. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be provided after photo approval.
Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for the customer, completed portraits are non-refundable.
Files remain available for 30 days after delivery and are automatically deleted thereafter. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files before the expiration date.
