Only the dominant color of the design can be changed to preserve the integrity of the original look.

Upload 2–5 photos for best results.

Photo Requirements

At least one clear front-facing photo is required. Side-profile photos cannot be accepted.
One person per photo.
If requesting a full-body portrait, at least one full-length photo is strongly recommended.
A 3/4 photo from approximately navel level and above is recommended.
Photos do not need to match.
Good lighting is recommended.
Your face should be fully visible and unobstructed.
Heavy filters should be avoided.
Makeup is welcome.
A neutral expression or soft smile is recommended.
Photos with exaggerated expressions, laughing, or teeth fully visible may not produce the intended luxury editorial aesthetic.
Blurry photos may not be accepted.

These checks are intended to help improve portrait quality and may not catch every issue. Additional photos may still be requested during the photo review process.

Each portrait is a bespoke creation, made exclusively for you. Because of this, orders cannot be refunded once your photos have been approved and production has begun.

1 Your secure payment confirms your order and reserves your place in the studio.

2 Your photos are carefully reviewed, and each portrait is personally refined to meet our luxury editorial standard.

3 Once your photos are approved, production begins and your finished portraits are delivered to you.

After you submit, you’ll be taken to our secure, encrypted checkout (powered by Stripe) to complete your payment. Your card details are never stored on our site.
